Inform participants of the management concepts essential to the understanding of the practice of management within an organizational environment.

  • List of topics: 1. Basic conception of management,history of management.
  • 2.Management and other sciencies.
  • 3. Manager, ethics a communication skills.
  • 4.Management theory and practice and apply the concepts in day-to-day situations.
