Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the priciples of moder methods of olecular biology, particularly principles of Next Generation Sequencing.

  • Microarrays; Methods for analysis of miRNA and other non-coding RNA; Next Generation Sequencing; Aplication (Genomisc, Transkriptomics, Epigenomics); Analysis of interaction of proteins with specific genome sequences;Fluidigm; Sequenom; Luminex; Nanostring
