Course objectives
The aim of the tutoring is to improve the marks of children and also it would like to influence the attitude towards the school. Individual tutoring, especially for the focus group of Romany children, should be organized minimally every week for 2 hours directly in the family background of the selected child.
Learning outcomes
A student will be able to:
1) plan and realized individual learning plan
2) describe the learning difficulties of pupils from social disadvantage families
3) focus own teaching process individual way
Syllabus
  • Student should visit the family regularly and prepare the child for the lessons, should also be of a help when doing the homework, should also help for the entrance exams for the secondary school or apprentice training.

Assessment methods
Students keep the diary, where they keep the log of their reflections from the tutoring. That is the place where they can collect experience with the tutoring, with the family background, they reflect on the feelings and communications within the family.
