Course objectives
Subject of Personality Development offers students experience the techniques that will help them grasp oneself in the context of working with people. This gain personal experience of specific activities of self-knowledge, which offers them a new perspective on the possibilities of his profession, a preview of solving conflict situations, communicating in "I form" taking and giving feedback. In addition, they receive a variety of activities that they can apply themselves to their target group for the purpose of personality and social development.
Syllabus
  • Students in the three block meetings familiar with the techniques and tools for self-knowledge, self-development, practice and reflection. Seminars will be self-experience character (discussion techniques, group feedback, group work etc.). The first two meetings are focused on techniques for self-knowledge in the context of helping professions, the third meeting focuses on the sense of self in relation to others in the group.

Assessment methods
Students will learn three block meetings through various techniques to reflect their work in the context of helping professions, which are prepared in the course. The course offers a technology experience, which are named in their strengths and weaknesses, their expectations and concerns from work in the educational process and ways to effectively treat these findings. Students acquire specific skills to support educational goals, especially in the field of communication, support cooperation, self-presentation and creativity. Condition for passing the course is active participation in seminars and handing in the final essay. The book / film / person who pushed me in my life. (2-3 pages)
