Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction. Work in the biological laboratory. Protocol, drawing. Microscopic techniques, aids in microscopy.
  • 2. Mounts. Native and pernament mounts. Basic of microscopy.
  • 3. Herbarium. Collection and preservation of mosses.
  • 4. Breeding ciliates.
  • 5.Collection and preserve of biological material.
  • 6. Preparation of permanent mounts. Dry mount.
  • 7. Preparation of permanent mounts. Mount with medium.
  • 8. Finishing of pernament biological preparations.
  • 9. Mount with epidermis and stoma - the relief method.
  • 10. Tools for the identification of biological objects.
