Course objectives
The course is designed as a final course encouraging students to write their thesis meeting all the requirements placed on it. Completion of this course will ensure that the student submits the diploma thesis agreed on by the supervisor. The student should thus be ready for a successful defense of the diploma thesis and aware of the requirements stated by the committee of defense.
Syllabus
  • 1.Selection and specification of the topic. 2. Selection of the primary and secondary literature. 3. Processing the bachelor work project. 4. Diploma work conception. 5. Research method in the field of foreign language teaching. 6. Preparation and organisation of the research. 7. The research itself. 8. Processing the research results. 9. Elaboration of the bachelor paper.

Credit requirements: five formal stages - students write an assignment, both the teacher and the opponent evaluate it and the students subsequently defend it in the usual official process.
