Course objectives
The Czechoslovak Republic rised as a multi-national state, which quaranteed the protection of national minorities. The most important problem was the building up of new Czechs and Germans co-existence and also the relation to wakening Slovaks.
Syllabus
  • The rise of multi-national Czechoslovak state. The question of national minorities integration to Czechoslovakia. The Slovaks and the theory of Czechoslovakism. The co-existence of Czechs and Germans in new conditions. Hungarian, Polish and Rutherian minority. The failure of oficial racial politics.
