This part of the course presupposes a higher level of receptive skills that B2 and a level of productive skills between B1 and B2.

Course objectives
The basic textbook is French for advanced (lessons 8-17). Development of communicative competence on the basis of earlier acquired knowledge and vocabulary in following areas: linguistic, pragmatic, strategic, sociolinguistic. The acquired knowledge is tested at the end of each lesson. At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand extended speech and lectures, articles and reports concerned with contemporary problems provided that the topic is reasonably familiar; interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity, take an active part in discussion in familiar contexts while accounting for, and sustaining, their views; write an essay or report, passing on information or giving reasons in support of, or against, a particular point of view.

Seminary, discussion, presentation.
Assessment methods
Workshop Ending: examination. Requirements for ending: meet the workshop requirements and the active participation (70%). Test (as a successful test is considered one with at least 70 % right answers) and oral examination.
