Course objectives
The subject extends and deepens the issue of competencies of teachers of secondary vocational schools. Attention is paid to selected professional competencies for business and services, technical and health care. Individual professional competences are analyzed in accordance with their definition in the framework educational programs and supplemented with examples of their application at selected secondary vocational schools.

Knowledge: definition of individual competences of secondary vocational teachers
Skills: practical approaches to the development of selected competencies of teachers with the transfer to the development of selected competences of pupils
Attitudes: a positive approach to lifelong learning and the development of a wide
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student should be able to define the core competencies of a secondary vocational school teacher with a focus on business and services, technical and health care, and to specify the professional side of these competences.
