Course objectives
Contents of the course immediately follows on the subject "Study of the company   I".   The first part is focused attention on the characterization of different forms of enterprises according to their basic features, and the definition of the fundamental problems that businesses face in their activities. Another interpretation is focused on the general economy and business issues, therefore, takes place without ties to specific affiliation to the company   particular field or industry. The aim is to put into the issue of corporate functions and key activities.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
Understanding the concepts, relationships, connections and methods used in business management to solve tasks in the field of enterprise goals, company construction, how to build and evaluate performance in a company so that the student is ready to solve relevant business problems.

  • A brief syllabus 1st Introductory seminar 2nd Tangible fixed assets and materials as factors of production the basic definition of HIM, technical and economic life, capacity and capacity utilization defining the basic material, the structure of the material times, the use of the material 3rd Organizational, legal forms of business individual companies private companies capital company cooperatives 4th Sole Proprietorship small businesses and trades the breakdown of trade small and medium-sized businesses 5th Mergers the objective of mergers cooperation and concentration types and forms of Merger 6th The choice of sites the company criteria for selection national selection inter-choice position 7th The life cycle of company establishing enterprise business growth Crisis development and redevelopment disappearance of the company 8th Production as a key business functions and the planning of the program and the production process production concept and content production planning planning of the program and the production process 9th Planning the purchase, transport and storage area and the tasks of purchasing and storing Planning consumption, purchase and transport Planning Warehouse Management 10th Credit Seminar
