Course objectives
The goal of subject is improving language competence, deepening the French grammar knowledge and a substantial widening the vocabulary. The exercises are focused at reading, speaking and listening skills. The textbook Campus 4 is supplemented with materials from literature given below. The course presupposes the C1 level of receptive and productive communicative skills. At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand extended speech and long and complex factual and literary texts, understand specialised articles and longer technical instructions, express themselves fluently and spontaneously, and formulate ideas and opinions, express themselves in clear, well-structured written text, expressing points of view at some lenght.
