Course objectives
Improvement of skills in piano playing, creation of a suitable accompaniment to songs, using the wide and mixed harmony, transposition of songs, playing of vocal exercices.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the students are able to create suitable accompaniments to songs, transpose the songs, play the vocal exercices.
Syllabus
  • Playing the instrument – the piano: a) playing of vocal exercises, chromatic modulations in all keys, accompaniment in the left hand b)the basics of improvisation: accompaniments to the other 25 songs (10 songs of the 3rd grade, 15 songs of the 4th grade) - creation of prelude, interlude, postlude, using the mixed, wide harmony - transpositions c) playing the small piano composition
