Course objectives
After completing this seminar the students will be able to analyze German written and spoken text from the phonetic point of view. The students are supposed to master German pronunciation, as well as the methodology of avoiding the typical pronunciation mistakes of Czech native speakers. They master phonetic transcription of a German text.

Assessment methods
Fulfilling requirements; The students are supposed to read a short German text and analyse pronunciation mistakes made by Czech native speakers.
