Course objectives
Main aims of the course:
to be able work out with scholarly literature
to prepare background for writting a dictionary entry for dictionary of pedagogues
to determinate cause of lack of understanding in the interpretation and clear it up by apt question
to propose and justify pedagogical ideals on the basis of his / her own experiences, reading and understanding of lectures
Syllabus
  • The domain A: preparative of a dictionary entry
  • 1) Basic guides for working out of dictionary entry.
  • 2) Prediction and excerption of apt sources.
  • 3) Understanding of historical and idealogical background of thinking of given pedagical authors.
  • 4) Final elaboration datum of an entry.
  • The domain B = proposal of pedagogical ideals for the 21. century.
  • 1) Working out of the ideals of a given time.
  • 2) Working out of needs of contemporary times with respect to education.
  • 3) Critical interpretation and comparison of ideals of a given time and needs of our contemporary society.
