Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to: - Properly teach basic programming concepts, - Understand basic principles of programming teaching, - analyze programming topics and compose a lesson, - correctly evaluate your pupils, - Know available textbooks, - evaluate the programming languages and the environment from the point of view of their suitability for teaching programming, - to know the current education system, the status and objectives of programming at a given level of school (and a lower level). - to independently present, teach and discuss ICT in the context of elementary school;
Learning outcomes

Syllabus
  • 1. Objectives, environment, organization of programming teaching 2. Teaching basic control structures (sequences, cycles, branches) 3. Teaching of procedures, parameters 4. Learning variables and data structures 5. Tuition of terms and expressions 6. Teaching objects, events and parallel processes 7. Find a bug in the program and fix it, read the program, test it 8. Identification and analysis of pupil error 9. Own project
