Course objectives
Economics and Management II is the second of three thematically interrelated subjects. The course deepens the knowledge gained in the bachelor's level study in the Doctrine of the enterprise (Develops the themes of innovation, production and marketing) and the Principles of Management course (objectives and marketing tools). The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the tasks of marketing communication marketing research techniques and the importance of marketing information management. It builds on the second thematic unit - enterprise logistics, which already does not address the question why and what produce, but rather the question of how - how to effectively manage the tangible and intangible flows in the enterprise.

  • 1st The content of marketing communications. 2nd Basic communication models. 3rd Tools of marketing communications. 4th Marketing research as a prerequisite for understanding customer needs. 5th Types of research and their methods. 6th Social and environmental aspects of marketing and business in general. 7th Logistics as a cross-cutting activity in the firm and its goals. 8th Logistics of the purchasing and production. 9th Distribution logistics. 10th Supply Chain Management.
