Course objectives
The aim of the course is to bring ideas for personal and professional development, to introduce the concept of group reflection and sharing and the basics of mentoring. Above all, the course develops the self-reflective skills necessary for the improvement of professional skills. It is based on work with the evaluation tool Framework of Professional Skills of a Kindergarten Teacher and Student Portfolio.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - explain the need for self-reflection in the work of a kindergarten teacher; - describe the process of self-reflection; - characterize the professional skills of a kindergarten teacher; - present their own professional development.

Framework of professional qualities of a kindergarten teacher - evaluation tool. 5. Professional portfolio. 6. Reflective techniques. 7. Action research. 8. The process of self-reflection. 9.
