- The main objective of the course is to develop speaking, reading, writing and listening skills at the upper-intermediate level. The basic study material is coursebook New English File Upper-Intermediate supplemented by various additional materials.The students are expected to work on their language development independently. The language is integrated with the Children´s literature course.
At the end of the course students should be able to: discuss everyday topics, communicate in everyday situations, read and listen to authentic texts at intermediate level and communicate in the language fluently. - Syllabus
