Course objectives
After passing the course, students are able to describe possibilities of application of non-traditional forms of education and tools in physical education lectures at 1. grade of primary school, focusing on perception of and joy from movement.
Syllabus
  • 1. Acquaintance with non-traditional tools in physical education, used by students in the process of getting to know their own body and state of mind. 2. New views on exercises with music, relaxation, mental hygiene, relevation of stress from a social contact. 3. Using simple tools and equipment in teaching the joy and perception of movement in individual or group form.
