Course objectives
Pedagogical diagnostics is a pedagogical discipline that deals with recognizing, assassement and evaluation process of the contentual and structural educational aspects of the process leading to optimisation of particular and social development of the child, pupil (student). The former teachers will be able to explain the theoretical base of the subject and they will improve their diagnostic skills. In the end of the course the students will understand the basic principles of the pedagogical diagnostics, they will be able to use diagnostical method for exploring educational difficulties of pupils in different areas, they will be able to propose the best procedure of diagnostical process mainly in these fields: child's readiness for school education, pedagogical diagnostics of pupil (student) in school classroom, diagnostic methods of the educational process and educational results, diagnostics of the social climate of the school classroom and method of testing.

Families like educational agent and it's diagnostics 5. Diagnostic methods of the educational process and educational results 6. Pedagogical diagnostics of the educational activity 7. Diagnostics of the social climate of the school classroom 8. Method of testing. Diagnostics of the motivation, interests, self-assesment.
