Course objectives
Verification of knowledge of the physical part of the drive and knowledge of the requirements of engineers. The technical specification, which are common in technical practice.
Syllabus
  • 1. The role of the mechanics, and its distribution.
  • 2. Statics.
  • 3. Kinematics.
  • 4. Mechanical work, performance, efficiency, energy.
  • 5. Basic concepts and laws of mechanics of fluids.
  • 6. Basic concepts and laws of mechanics of air, steam and gas.
  • 7. Flexibility and strength.
  • 8. Stress of material in tension and pressure.
  • 9. Stress in shear (cut), bending and torsion.
  • 10. Strain beam and its calculation.
  • 11. Course torque and feed forces in the beam.
  • 12. Investigation of stress and isolated compound stress. The use of this effect in the manufacturing practice.
