Course objectives
The goal of the course is to train and finetune essential soft skills necessary for future pharmacists' practice. The topics of the course are presentation skills in the pharma business, stress management in pharmacy practice, basics of andragogy, communication skills, collaboration in a team, adaptability skills which are necessary for the daily routine of pharmacists as health care professionals.
Learning outcomes
Completing the course, the student will be able to: present pharmacy-related and healthcare-related topics, actively use effective communication skills, work with motivation. In addition, the student will be equipped with skills for future personal development.
