Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the morphology of Lithuanian numerals and verba finita (including sc. prdicative forms).
This is the second of the six parts of the practical course of the Lithuanian language (B1-B6). At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain the system of the secondary and tertiary nominal declention in Lithuanian (i. e. adjectives, numerals and pronouns).
Syllabus
  • Grammatical topics: morphology of Lithuanian numerals; morphology of Lithuanian adverb and predicative; Lithuanian verb: indicative preterit; imperative, conditional mood.
  • Conversational topics: 1) Lithuania and its modern history, 2) Czech lands and their modern history, 3) Lithuanian nature, 4) Czech nature, 5) Lithuanian sport, 6) Czech sport, 7) Lithuanian folklore, 8) Czech folklore.
