Prerequisites
Only those students who plan to go abroad for a conference or a consultation and will apply for a scholarship for short-term stays abroad can apply for the course.

Course objectives
To enable students to make a short-term field trip abroad with scientific content.
Learning outcomes
Students completing a field trip abroad: - gain experience with the practical application of subject knowledge and skills acquired during the study; - deepen their language skills.
Syllabus
  • 1. Preparatory phase before departure: consultation of the content of the field trip with the supervisor 2. Own field foreign trip 3. Final phase: evaluation of the benefits of the return trip. Within two weeks after returning from the field trip, students submit a written overview of the implemented scientific, etc. activities (confirmed by the receiving party).

Teaching methods
The methods depend on the requirements of the host institution and on the agreement with the supervisor.
Assessment methods
The evaluation is based on a written overview of the implemented scientific etc. activities (confirmed by the host institution), which the student submits to the supervisor within two weeks after returning from the field trip. It is also based on the final personal interview of the supervisor with the student.
