Course objectives
The aim of the course is to revise and extend the students' knowledge of intermediate Spanish grammar focusing on academic contexts. The course is divided into thematic seminars, each seminar consists of a theoretical introduction and a number of practical exercises.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to: - reflect on the challenges of comprehension and expression that academic genres imply - elaborate oral and written texts representative of academic genres of most frequent use based on precise guidelines of form (expository texts such as summary and abstract)
