Course objectives
The students will be able to charakterize auxiliary historical sciences, to describe the development of Latin letters, to read and comment on texts, written sources, official documents, to describe seals and heraldry, be familiar whit terminology for the description of coats-of-arms and converting dates based on Roman and Christian calendars to the contemporary dates.

Written test divided into two parts:
a) examination of knowledge acquired from the seminars – transcription of texts, converting dates, simple codified description of coats of arms;
b) theoretical questions from auxiliary historical sciences
