Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the aspects of Italina morphosyntaxis, the verbal system, types of sentences, conjunctions, syntactic analysis of the sentence, discourse markers. The theoretical part will be followed by practical exercises focused on the features in the discussion.
Learning outcomes
The student will learn: - to recognize verb forms and understand their function in a sentence - to recognize different types of sentences and their relationship in a text - to recognize various parts of a sentence - to carry out an analysis of a sentence

  • - verbs: grammatical categories, times and modes, their use and function in a sentence - conjuctions: classification, their use in a sentence - types of sentences - analysis of a sentence, relationship between the parts of the sentence - discourse markers and interjections
