Course objectives
The goal of this subject is that students develop, consolidate and amplify their spoken and written competences up to level B1. Their language will need to be appropriate for communicating in situations such as work, school, leisure or trips to some Catalan speaking country.

  • The subject will be divided in 12 units, each of them corresponding to a communicative area: 1. Personal information 2. Residence and house 3. Working activities 4. Daily life, experiences, leisure and entertainment 5. Travelling and moving 6. Climate and weather 7. Culture, politics, society 8. Shopping 9. Health 10. Gastronomy 11. Public and private services 12. Societies, associations, clubs
