Course objectives
Practical exercises from Norse are enriched at this level of knowledge by reading and analyzing literary texts. Writing students' individual texts is an obvious part of the course. The expected level of language skills of the student after successful completion of the course according to the European reference framework for languages: B1.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to speak and participate in discussions in Norwegian, regarding a modern Norwegian society (institutions, culture, sports, everyday life, etc.). They acquire an active vocabulary of modern Norse. They will learn basic information about Norwegian culture and Norwegian society.
