Course objectives (in Czech)
Předmět posluchače seznámí se základy čtení chetitských – to jest nejstarších doložených indoevropských- textů. Budou mít možnost naučit se zorientovat v transliterovaných textech různých žánrů tak, aby i bez větší znalosti chetitštiny mohli texty používat ke studijním účelům. Látka může být užitečná jak pro studenty srovnávací jazykovědy, klasické filologie, tak pro zájemce o klínopisné texty a historii. Bude snaha podat látku z jazykovědně-historické perspektivy. Předchozí lingvistické znalosti nejsou nutné.
