Course objectives
The aim of the course is to create conditions for the training of teaching skills and to gain feedback on demonstration and outputs in the role of teacher. Student will be at the end of the course to understand the role of instructor, the specifics of adult education, will focus on basic teaching methods in the field of adult education, creates custom the minute scenario to a specific training course, try to climb in the role of lecturer, get feedback on a short (5-10 min.) output in the role of lecturer.
Learning outcomes
The student is familiar with the competencies of the lecturer in adult education, knows the didactic principles of adult education, can design a lecturer scenario for short educational activities, gets feedback on his communication skills in the role of lecturer (for his needs he gets a video recording of 2 minutes output) and design of educational seminar, try to lead a short educational activity.

Training of teaching skills, group discussions
Assessment methods
Mandatory attendance at all meetings the necessity of an active approach. The compulsory part of the 2   appearances in the role of the teacher according to the specific assignment (5 min. Introduction Course, 5-10 min.   Prepared snapshot of course). Required is an active approach.

The course is suitable for students who have no or minimal experience with lecturing. It is an introduction to teaching skills and activities are designed to gain confidence in the role of techaer/lecturer through feedback on the implemented teaching outputs.
