Course objectives
Students will achieve knowledge on concepts, systems and ways of support of professional learning on individual level, level of professional communities and organizations. Students will understand models of professional learning and will be able to apply them into organizational practices.

  • Basic terms: professional learning communities, vocational education and training, workplace learning, organizational learning.
