Course objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce students' factual knowledge of neuroscience into the context of everyday human functioning. Practical part of the course constists of analysing of own cognitive capacities and processes and offers possibilities of their improvement and harmonization in the sense of neurohacking.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
-describe and assess cognitive functions
-estimate his own cognitive capacity
-critically evaluate patterns of behavior and lifestyle with respect to brain health
-use tools for prevention and rehabilitation of cognitive performance
