Course objectives
Professional foreign language publications and professional foreign language department. The content of this course is to prepare the publication of the dissertation and presentation of interim research results or theoretical studies, related to the   dissertation on professional forums.   Student in this course demonstrates the ability to work with technical texts  , will be able to design and research methodology to anchor design work, evaluate and interpret the results and critically be related to   research findings of other authors.
Syllabus
  • STYLE AND ORGANIZATION OF WORK: 1st clear arguments expressed in paragraphs, 2nd paragraphs broken down into a logical and coherent sequence; 3rd controlled use of text structure; fourth formal verbal register; LANGUAGE SKILLS first use of a wide range of grammatical phenomena suitable for academic writing (verb tenses, genders, modal verbs), 2nd accurate use of grammatical structures; 3rd ability to form sentences (not only simple sentences); VOCABULARY first relevant vocabulary and terminology, 2nd exact use of verbal expressions, idioms and phrases appropriate for academic writing; 3rd linking words adequate written expression
