Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to describe the contents of the discipline of cognitive science, the problems it deals with, its methodology and the challenges it must face.

  • 1. Cognitive science as a multidisciplinary field, history and focus.
  • 2. The mind-machine analogy and its various forms
  • 3. Challenges for cognitive science.
