Course objectives
The first objective of the course: the student   during the semester gives adequate powers to deal with claims of this thesis.   The individual teaching blocks will gradually be able to design and independently write an academic text, relevantly use scientific sources   with respect to the topic of work and working with   adequate research methods and instruments for addressing the problem of sub-professional thesis topic. The second objective of the course: Students will learn to critically look at your academic text, consult the formation process of working with   leaders and seize the competence to hold a dialogue on a specific technical topic. Third objective of the course: The student is well prepared to defend his thesis before an expert committee.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- Define the topic of work;
- Find and evaluate relevant resources on the topic;
- to design a bachelor thesis project according to the specified template.
Syllabus
  • The key thematic units curriculum of the subject:
  • - Drafting the thesis with regard to the project  
  • - The theme of work in the context of the Departmental  
  • - The basic structural elements of scientific text - sentence, paragraph, chapter, annotation, abstract, summary
  • - Sources of   thesis
  • - Proofreading and comprehensive review of scientific text before submitting the thesis
  • - Successful defense of a thesis - on what to prepare.

Teaching methods
The course is designed as a hybrid teaching taking place 3 times in the semester terms 16.9., 7.10. and 21.10. It is conducted in a seminar form with the possibility to individually consult partial matters of the bachelor thesis project in progress and the text of the thesis itself. Part of the course is the interpretation of the teacher and partial active activities of students in teaching, related to the gradual writing of the project of the bachelor thesis and the thesis itself, always with regard to the topic. There is also a joint reflection on the problematic places of the bachelor thesis.
Assessment methods
Credits awarded teacher of the course in collaboration with   supervisor. The rating is the result: - Active student activities and initiatives - Recommendations supervisor with regard to backlogs   thesis and course of consultations with the student.
