- Service Design Workshop je kurz, který se každý semestr věnuje jinému tématu z oblasti designu informačních služeb.
Rámec vždy vychází z human-centred designu. Na jaře 2019 bude lektorem kurzu Petr Kosnar, UX designer, interakční designer, designer digitálních produktů a výzkumník. Obecným cílem předmětu bude praktické předání praxe UX designéra a interakčního designéra pomocí designových a výzkumných metod a cvičení. - Syllabus (in Czech)

- Teoretická příprava: přednáška s diskuzí a drobnýni cvičeními; praktické cvičení: workshop založený na týmovém projektové práci; samostatná práce: prezentace výstupů a reflexe.
