Syllabus
  • The aim of the course is to handling of the basic technics and manipulations with genome and plasmid DNAs. Isolation of plasmid DNA (alcalic lysis); Isolation of chromosomal DNA; Determination purity and concentration of DNA; Digestion of DNA by restriction endonucleases; Horizontal slab gel electrophoresis of DNA in agarose gels; Ultracentrifugation in sacharose gradient; Transformation of plasmid DNA in recipient cells E. coli; Construction of restriction endonuclease maps.
