Course objectives (in Czech)

Účelem cyklu přednášek je podat podrobný výklad o receptorech a jejich zapojení ve fyziologických procesech, včetně patofyziologických procesů.

Syllabus (in Czech)

1. Úvod, co je to receptor, antagonisté a agonisté, receptorová kinetika 2. Mechanizmy přenosu signálu z receptoru - iontové kanály, G-proteiny a druzí poslové, receptory asociované s enzymem a receptory regulující transkripci 3. Klasifikace receptorů podle IUPHAR, acetylcholin a jeho receptory 4. Adenosinové receptory, angiotensin a jeho receptory, atriální natriuretický peptid a jeho receptory 5. Bradykinin, kalcitonin, kanabinoidy, cholecystokinin a jejich receptory 6. Kortikotropin-releasing faktor, endoteliny, GABA, glutamát, glycin a jejich receptory 7. Růstový hormon, inzulín, histamin, serotonin a jejich receptory 8. Interleukiny, melatonin, nervový růstový faktor, neurokininy, neuropeptid Y, neurotrofiny, neurotensin, neurturin a jejich receptory 9. Noradrenalin, dopamin, opioidy, oxytocin, progesteron a jejich receptory 10. Prostaglandiny, sekretin, somatostatin, TGF-beta, trombin a jejich receptory 11.
