Syllabus (in Czech)

• 1. Izolace savčích zárodečných buněk a embryí. 2. Základy mikromanipulace mikroinjekce oocytů a embryí in vitro. 3. Metodické postupy pro vyšetření samčích zárodečných buněk. 4. Základní a pokročilé metody pro analýzu chromozomů připravených ze zárodečných buněk – chromozomální roztěry, barvení pro imunofluorescenci, laserová mikrodisekce, in situ hybridizace, komparativní genomická hybridizace, Q-PCR 5. Metodické postupy mikroskopie širokého pole a konfokální mikroskopie používané pro výzkum a vyšetření zárodečných buněk – mikroskopie fixovaných preparátů, videomikroskopie na živých buňkách, FRET, FRAP, základní postupy analýzy obrazu.
