Course objectives
The lecture deals with principles of bioindication in aquatic environment and gives an overview of methods used for assessment of ecological status of both running and standing waters within the Europe with special attention to the Czech Republic.

  • 1. Principy bioindikace obecně. 2. Systémy hodnocení. 3. Přehled složek bioty, stresorů a používaných metod hodnocení. 4. Metody: tekoucí vody: fytoplankton a fytobentos. 5. Metody: tekoucí vody: makrofyta. 6. Metody: tekoucí vody: makrozoobentos. 7. Metody: tekoucí vody: ryby. 8. Metody: stojaté vody: fytoplankton a fytobentos. 9. Metody: stojaté vody: makrofyta. 10.
