Course objectives
Main objective of laboratory course is to understand the recently teachings of biochemistry which can be summarized follows : separation and isolation of bimolecules (proteins, nucleic acids, low molecular compounds), purification biomolecules (affinitive chromatography), measuring interaction between biomolecules, methods for enzymes activity determination, immunochemical methods, work with cell cultures and modern diagnostics methods.
