Course objectives
Bouguert-Lamber-Beer law, absorption spectra, instrumentation, errors, calibration, optimization difference spectrometry, derivative and two-wavelength spectrometry, wavelength modulation spectrometry, extraction spectrometry, sensitivity and limits, complexation in solutions, spectrophotometric reagents, thermal lensing and intracavity laser spectrometry.
