Course objectives
The course is devoted mainly to the students of geology (master program) interested in hydrogeology. The course presents overview of the regional hydrogeology in the Czech Republic.

  • Hydrogeology of the crystalline complex
  • Hydrogeology of the Paleozoic complex; limestones
  • Hydrogeology of the Cretaceous sediments; important basins and aquifers
  • Hydrogeology of the Neogene sediments; the Carpathian Foredeep
  • Hydrogeology of the Quaternary sediments
