Course objectives
Students will receive information on mineralogical aspects and forms of historical mining of polymetallic ores, environmental impact, and learn about the current state of historical sites and montanistic tourism. Current knowledge of the student will be expanded on the results of the current mineralogical and geological research in the field.
Syllabus
  • Program of the seminar: 1-st day - departure from Brno, arrival, accommodation, afternoon lectures; 2-nd day - excursions and lectures on localities - Jezdovice, Rančířov, Komárovice, Předín; 3-rd day - excursions and lectures on localities - Dlouhá Ves, Utín, Pohled, return to Brno
