Prerequisites (in Czech)
Basic knowledge of elements of Mathematical Analysis (including vector fields, tensors, some Lie theory).
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives (in Czech)
Survey on geometric methods in control theory covering basic results and several examples of typical models.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
The graduates should be able to start reading literature or even iniciate their own research projects on the borderline of control theory and differential geometry.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • We shall follow the relevant chapters from the preprint of the book by Agrachev, Barilari, and Boscain (as of November 2017), complemented by other sources.
Teaching methods (in Czech)
standard lectures with active participation of the audience, plus individual partial projects run by the participants.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Standard final discussion during an oral exam.
