Course objectives
The course is devoted mainly to the students of geology (mester program). Students learn practical examples from hydrogeological survey and logical solutions of the selected problems.
Syllabus
  • Design of the hydrogeological survey; steps in problems solutions; the typical problems analysis
  • water resources
  • mineral water survey
  • design of the protection of the ground water recharging areas
  • hydrogeology of the mining areas
  • ground water protection contrary to petroleum hydrocarbons
  • examples of the remediation technolgies on selected localities
