Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of calculus, linear algebra and statistics.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Main objectives are important numerical methods of linear algebra and selected topics of random processes.
Students will be able to apply obtained knowledge in statistical and numerical branches after finishing the course.

  • Moore-Penrose pseudoinverse and relations.
  • Matrix decompositions.
  • Splines and their usage.
  • Some special numerical algorithms of linear algebra.
  • Selected topics of random processes.
