Course objectives
This is the second term of the course in cultural fluency with the emphasis on the difference in social and cultural patterns between the Czech Republic and English speaking lands. American and British History are prerequisites. Seminars will meet for two hours every fortnight and each will be made up of 2 students presenting the topics they had been researching during the first semester. The topics are of the students choosing and the research is directed by individual consultation, as is the preparation of methodology before the presentation and evaluation afterwards.
