Course objectives
The subject of Nursing     in the home care students master the organization of home care in   our conditions, equipment and funding of home care agencies. They learn to work with a comprehensive documentation   home care. Students or able to provide a plan of care for   client to implement this plan and also to evaluate the effectiveness of care provided. Gain basic knowledge of   Hospic care
Syllabus
  • 1st Introduction to the organizational guidelines for the theoretical and practical training.
  • 2nd Comprehensive home care, its history in the Czech Republic   whom it is intended that it establishes and indicates the extent and in  . Terminology associated with using at home     us and the world.
  • 3rd Forms of home care, its objective, legal standards, the question of financing a comprehensive home care - forms. National Center home care - the importance of and challenges.
  • 4th Activities and experts in   comprehensive home care, home care documentation, the documentation for mobile sister and record-keeping in   action plan.
  • 5th   Comprehensive survey of home care, collect information and data - ananéza, nursing diagnosis, home care plan and its implementation, setting targets in the   home care, assessment of care.
  • 6th Application of a comprehensive home care in the use of horizontal management agreement between the home care agencies and clients.
  • 7th Case management in a comprehensive   home care.
  • 8th Hospice - care in the history   Czech Republic, Hospicové types of care, indicating a diagnostic category in klietnů   Hospicové care, personnel management in the provision of Hospicové care.
